Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course Opens New Doors

An exciting career in real estate starts with this class, which will provide all the information you will need to prepare for the Georgia Real Estate Agent Exam. This intensive, 75-hour course with experienced real estate agents Danny Amberson and Chris Jiles will cover real estate laws, public control valuation, sales contracts, qualifying the buyer, real estate financing and much more. This class requires extensive reading and homework assignments to gain a full understanding of what it takes to be a real estate agent. You should have a basic understanding of computers and will need access to a computer to take homework exams. Columbus State University is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission as a provider of real estate education. Textbooks are included. You must have access to a computer and a valid email address outside of class. This 15 week course meets Monday and Thursday nights (except for first class-Tuesday September 8, 2009). It costs $549 and runs from 6:15-10PM each night.
