This Fall, CSU is offering several finance classes to help you through this economy. In Retirement Planning Today, learn how to avoid the 10 biggest retirement planning mistakes! Whether your objective is to build a nest egg, protect your assets, or preserve your lifestyle throughout retirement, this course helps you plan your future with confidence. Due to recent tax law changes, an uncertain future for Social Security and the shift toward employee-directed retirement plans, the need for sound financial strategies has never been greater. In this course with instructor Marc Frost you'll learn how to create a plan to retire early, manage investment risks, use new tax laws to your advantage, make informed decisions about your company retirement plan, and adjust your estate plan to function properly under the new laws.

Also being offered this fall is Stock Savvy. In this class, learn the fundamentals of stock analysis and portfolio management by building and managing a model portfolio with instructor Joe Sciano. Bring your own investment reports for analysis, and learn how to evaluate stocks and set buy/sell limits. At least one lucky student will be awarded a one year membership to the National Association of Investment Corporations based on the performance of the model portfolio!

Stock Savvy will begin October 19th. This four week course will meet Monday evenings from 6-9PM and cost $89. Retirement Planning Today will begin October 27th. This three week course will meet on Tuesday evenings from 6-8PM and cost $59. For more information or to register for these classes, visit the finance class section or call 706. 507.8070.
